Abstract

Each administrator worked with one teacher during this gradual implementation year. Using mixed methods, the report summarizes administrators’ background characteristics, perceptions of training and of the TGDC system, results of the training and certification, and use of the TGDC system. Recommendations for revisions to the system are also included.
