Yanmei Li is a senior psychometrician in the Research & Development division at ETS. She has provided psychometric support as lead psychometrician for a variety of testing programs including the TOEFL ITP® assessment series, TOEFL iBT® test, and TOEFL Junior® comprehensive test. She earned a Ph.D. in educational measurement and statistics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2004. Her research interests include test equating, model fit and model comparison, and differential item functioning.
