Eric Chan, a principal statistical data analyst–level 2, is the operational coordinator for the TOEIC® Speaking and Writing tests in the Research & Development division at ETS. Working with the Standardized Testing and Reporting program for the California Modified Assessment, the TOEFL iBT® test, and the Qatar and California High School Exit Examination testing programs, he is experienced in producing analyses and reports for both classical and item response theory equating. He graduated from Rutgers University, holding two master’s degrees: one in psychology and the other in statistics.
