Taking the ParaPro Assessment at Home

How to register

You can take the ParaPro test remotely on your own computer at home or another secure location. The test is monitored by a human proctor online through ProProctor®, and appointments are available 8 a.m.–5 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Download the ProProctor User Guide (PDF) for more information on testing remotely with Prometric®.

Once you’ve determined that you meet the equipment and environment requirements outlined below, you can register and schedule your appointment through ProProctor.

If you need to cancel, reschedule or modify your appointment, you must do so through your ProProctor account at least 3 days before your test date.

Missouri Test Takers: At home testing is not available in Missouri. For information about registering to test at a participating school district, local agency, or Prometric® test center, please visit the Test Center Testing page.
