ETS Announces Acquisition of Ribbon Education to Bolster Product Development in the Higher Ed to Workforce Space
ETS, a global leader in educational and talent solutions, announced today that it has acquired Ribbon Education, a leading student success platform for institutions of higher education. Ribbon’s founding team will take leadership positions in ETS’s Global Higher Education division and will help build new higher education to career readiness solutions.
The founding team at Ribbon brings deep experience building software products gained from years at top-tier tech and education companies including Google, Meta and Flatiron School. Since its inception in 2022, Ribbon built, scaled and commercialized an innovative AI-driven software solution that solved a critical pain point in the Higher Education market.
