ETS Acquires Wheebox™, a PeopleStrong™ company, Bolstering its Assessment Capabilities and Presence in India

September 29, 2023 — ETS announced today the acquisition of Wheebox, an assessment platform and proctoring solutions company, in a move that will scale ETS’s assessment capabilities and increase its presence in India and the nearby region.
“ETS is excited to bring Wheebox into our family of assessment services and solutions,” said ETS CEO Amit Sevak. “Wheebox is a strong addition to our portfolio of capabilities, and we’re thrilled to welcome their talented team into the global ETS enterprise.”
For more than a decade, Wheebox has enabled over 3,000 institutions and organizations in academia and across enterprises to maximize their talent through assessment, learning and compliance needs. Wheebox sits at the intersection of emerging technology and lifelong learning, making it an ideal acquisition for ETS.
