Wenmin Zhang is a psychometrician in the Research & Development division at ETS. During her tenure at ETS, she has provided technical and operational psychometric support to a number of testing programs, including the GRE® and AP® exams. Her current responsibilities include leading and coordinating psychometric work for the AP program and handling new research requests from the client.
She received her master’s degree (2002) and her doctorate (2006) in educational measurement and evaluation from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her primary research interests are latent class models, test equating, and constructed-response item reader/test reliability.
