Jennifer Zanna-Kolakowski is a data analyst manager in the Research & Development Division at ETS. She manages a team of data analysts that supports the day-to-day statistical analysis operations for customized state teacher licensure programs, such as Georgia Assessments for the Certification of Educators (GACE), portfolio-based assessments, such as Praxis® Performance Assessment for Teachers (PPAT®), Performance Assessment for School Leaders (PASL), Performance Assessment for Teacher Leaders (PATL), and GACE Teacher Leadership, as well as the Praxis Core and World Language assessments.
She formerly served as the data analyst manager for the SAT® and PSAT/NMSQT® testing programs and made various contributions to the multiyear College Board Assessment Redesign Project before joining the Professional Educator Programs group at EETS in September 2016.
She began her career at ETS as a data analyst in July 1997 after earning her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College) in Ewing, NJ. She also completed the Rutgers Mini-MBA Business Essentials Program in June 2008.
