Juliette Lyons-Thomas is a senior product management lead within the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) Design, Analysis, and Reporting contract at ETS. She is responsible for NAEP’s multiyear design plans.
Prior to joining ETS, she was a state psychometrician at the New York State Education Department and has taught research methods and tests and measures at John Jay College. She received a B.S. in psychology from McGill, an M.A. in educational psychology from New York University, and a Ph.D. in measurement, evaluation, and research methodology from the University of British Columbia. She serves as a board member for the Northeastern Educational Research Association and is a member of the editorial board for the journal, Frontiers in Education.
