Peng Lin is a senior psychometrician in the Research & Development division at ETS. She earned a Ph.D. in measurement, statistics, and evaluation at the University of Maryland in 2008. After graduation, she joined ETS and has worked on a variety of tests in teacher licensure and related to the TOEIC® family of programs, including the Praxis® test, the Texas Educator Certification program, an array of performance/portfolio-based assessment programs, the TOEIC Listening and Reading tests, the TOEIC Speaking and Writing tests, and the TOEIC Bridge® test. Her research interests include multidimensionality, item response theory, equating, and linking.
