Jennifer P. Grant

Jennifer Grant is a senior accessibility engineer in the Research & Development division at ETS. She received a B.A. (honors) in English and East Asian studies from Rutgers in 1989. She attended Camden County College and Mercer County Community College—both for computer science. Currently, she is working toward an M.S. in information technology–web design at Southern New Hampshire University.

Prior to joining ETS staff in 2016, she was a contractor working in web development for National Assessment of Educational Progress test development, the ETS Validity Research group, and the ETS Rapid Prototyping group. Prior to that, she was a programmer/analyst at Learning Ally and PC specialist/programmer at Faulkner Information Systems.

In her current position at ETS, she evaluates test delivery software and test content for accessibility violations, creates accessible prototypes of test content, and works with developers to implement accessibility enhancements to test content and test delivery software.
